BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Binghamton University is adding women’s flag football to its athletics program following the NCAA’s recognition of it as an emerging women’s sport. The addition will bring the university’s total to 22 varsity teams, evenly split with 11 men’s and 11 women’s sports.
