SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — A Seneca Falls man was arrested early Saturday following a domestic assault, according to local authorities. Ricardo Franquiquinonez, 52, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Saturday. Franquiquinonez faces one count of third-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police made two separate arrests this week after investigating allegations of threats made toward witnesses in Seneca Falls. Seneca Falls police arrested 31-year-old Angelina Dyson of Seneca Falls around 11:50 a.m. Jan. 20. Officers charged her with intimidating a witness in the third degree, a Class E felony, and obstruction of governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor. Police say Dyson made threats toward a witness and concealed the whereabouts of a man facing criminal charges.
