Ithaca’s state legislator faces foreclosure proceedings on home ITHACA, N.Y. — State Senator Lea Webb is facing foreclosure on her Binghamton-area home, recent court documents show. Webb represents Tompkins, Cortland and most of Broome County in the New York State Senate. Attorneys for New Jersey-based mortgage lender PHH Mortgage Corporation filed a civil suit against Webb in federal district court on Oct. 22 for missed payments.
