CAYUGA HEIGHTS, N.Y. — The Cayuga Heights Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday night to continue deliberations on a proposed residential development on East Upland Road.
The project, which has been under board review since October, consists of 10 two-story townhouses. During a January meeting, project architect Graham Feltham testified that the proposed structures would comply with local zoning laws by maintaining a maximum height of 25 feet.
The site plan includes a row of trees designed to screen the homes from the surrounding neighborhood.
The board is expected to share additional details during the meeting, which is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Marcham Hall.
