Organizers are calling for an emergency rally Monday evening outside Geneva City Hall to protest immigration enforcement actions.

The rally is scheduled for 5 p.m. Jan. 26 at City Hall, 47 Castle St., and is being organized by the Geneva Women’s Assembly, the Finger Lakes Rapid Response Network, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation–FLX, with support from other community groups.

The Finger Lakes Rapid Response Network said it has operated since 2019 and works across several counties to respond to immigration-related needs. The Geneva Women’s Assembly and the Party for Socialism and Liberation–FLX described themselves as grassroots organizations focused on social and economic justice.
