Police made two separate arrests this week after investigating allegations of threats made toward witnesses in Seneca Falls.
Seneca Falls police arrested 31-year-old Angelina Dyson of Seneca Falls around 11:50 a.m. Jan. 20. Officers charged her with intimidating a witness in the third degree, a Class E felony, and obstruction of governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor.
Police say Dyson made threats toward a witness and concealed the whereabouts of a man facing criminal charges. Officers processed her at the Seneca Falls Police Department before transporting her to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. Police also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
That same morning, police also arrested 24-year-old Walter Wise of Seneca Falls. Officers charged Wise with intimidating a witness in the third degree, a Class E felony.
Police say Wise made threats toward a witness. Officers processed him at the Seneca Falls Police Department and transported him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was also requested on behalf of the victim.
