SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — A Seneca Falls man was arrested early Saturday following a domestic assault, according to local authorities.
Ricardo Franquiquinonez, 52, was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Saturday.
Franquiquinonez faces one count of third-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said the arrest followed an investigation into a domestic incident at a local residence. Details about the victims' condition were not immediately released, but officials confirmed that an order of protection has been requested.
Following his arrest, Franquiquinonez was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
